Navigator - QMS

Quality Management System

Purpose
Run daily quality operations and records: inspections, nonconformances, corrective actions, complaints, suppliers, calibration, audits, training and controlled documents — through to closure and reporting.
Problem we solve
Quality records scattered across registers, spreadsheets and paper; NCRs and corrective actions left open with no clear owner; and no view of what is pending or overdue until a review meeting.
Our USP
One flow from inspection through NCR, disposition and corrective action to closure, with a role-based operations dashboard showing what is pending and overdue — running independently of Navigator ERP, with Excel import for masters.

Overview

About Navigator QMS

Navigator Quality Management System is built for the people who run quality every day. Its working principle is simple: record, track, approve, follow up, close, print and report.

Inspection plans drive incoming, in-process and final inspection. Rejections become NCRs with containment, investigation and disposition, and problems that need a lasting fix move into corrective action with root cause and an effectiveness check.

It runs as its own application, separate from Navigator ERP, with quality masters that can be maintained directly or imported from Excel.
